双色绿豆糕Double color mung bean cake

原料ingredients:

脱皮绿豆peeled  split mung beans 150g

浸泡2小时,大火煮开转小火煮15分钟至软烂

soak 2 hours, high heat to boil then turn down to simmer for 15 minutes

植物油 any vegetable oil 50g

有机蔗糖 Organic cane sugar 40g

一直搅拌直到成豆沙状 stir consistently to paste
