自制玫瑰鲜花酥饼 Rose Puff Pastry Cake

记得去云南旅行的时候,到处都有鲜花饼卖。玫瑰的香气弥漫整个丽江古城的街道。虽然买不到云南玫瑰花,但用糖玫瑰做馅味道也是很不错。

When we were travelling in Yunnan, there was rose puff cake everywhere. The rose aroma was all over the old town of Lijiang. While it is actually not that hard to make at home.

水油皮:中筋面粉一杯

椰子油1/4杯

水1/4杯

油酥:低筋面粉半杯

椰子油1/4杯

玫瑰馅:糖玫瑰 300克

面粉一杯(炒熟)

糯米粉一杯(炒熟)
