酥到掉渣的香芋酥 Homemade Taro Cake

When I was little, I remember when there is a holiday, somebody would bring this kind of desert to my grandpa which was his favorite.  It is a patient testing making process. But looking at those pretty little sweeties, having them together with a cup of tea, every step of effort paid off.

水油皮:Oil 油90克

All purpose flour中筋面粉:237克

Sugar 糖粉1茶匙

Water水100ml

油酥:Pastry flour低筋面粉180克

Oil 油90克

芋泥馅:Taro芋头(去皮)350克

Sugar糖100克

coconut cream 100ml

Oil油 两大勺(tablespoon)
